Origin Story
东晋时期，名士王忱年轻有为，才华横溢。一次，他去拜访舅舅范宁，范宁家中还有另一位名士张玄。张玄自恃年长，想让王忱向他行礼，但王忱并未理会。范宁责备王忱，王忱据理力争，认为长者应谦虚，后生应有锐气。范宁听后深感王忱见识不凡，欣慰地说："这孩子真是后起之秀！"从此，王忱名声大噪，成为当时杰出的政治家和军事家。他的故事也成为了后起之秀的典型代表，激励着一代又一代人奋发向上，追求卓越。
