During the Tang Dynasty, there was an official named Li Bai who diligently served the people and did many good deeds for them. However, he found that some problems in the local area were caused by bad habits accumulated over the years. To solve these problems thoroughly, he had to fundamentally change these habits. So he was determined to get to the root of the matter, starting a grand reform by changing people's thinking and gradually guiding them to develop good behavior. Eventually, the local social atmosphere was completely renewed, and the people lived in peace and happiness.
