话说大明朝时期，有个富家子弟叫李霸天，仗着家里有钱有势，目无法纪，在当地横行霸道。他经常欺压百姓，强抢民女，无恶不作，百姓对他恨之入骨，却敢怒不敢言。 一日，李霸天在街上看到一位秀丽的女子，名叫柳月儿，便起了歹心，上前调戏。柳月儿义正词严地拒绝了他，李霸天恼羞成怒，竟然将柳月儿强行掳走。 柳月儿的哥哥柳毅，得知妹妹被李霸天掳走后，怒火中烧，他决定要为妹妹讨回公道。他找到县衙告状，可是县令收了李霸天的贿赂，竟然包庇了李霸天，柳毅多次申诉，都没能得到结果。 柳毅见官府无用，便决定自己动手。他暗中集结了一批义士，准备攻打李霸天的府邸。经过一番激烈的搏斗，最终将李霸天制服，并将他送交官府。李霸天最终受到了应有的惩罚，而柳月儿也安全地回到了家中。 李霸天目无王法，最终受到了应有的惩罚，这个故事警示人们，无论何时何地，都应该遵守法律，维护社会秩序。
During the Ming Dynasty, there was a rich young man named Li Batian. Relying on his family's wealth and power, he disregarded the law and acted recklessly in the local area. He often oppressed the common people, kidnapped women, and committed various crimes. The people hated him but dared not speak out. One day, Li Batian saw a beautiful young woman named Liu Yueer and harassed her. Liu Yueer firmly rejected him, and Li Batian, enraged and humiliated, kidnapped her. Liu Yueer's brother, Liu Yi, learned that his sister had been kidnapped by Li Batian and was furious. He decided to seek justice for his sister. He went to the county government to file a complaint, but the magistrate, bribed by Li Batian, protected him. Liu Yi complained many times without success. Seeing that the government was useless, Liu Yi decided to take matters into his own hands. He secretly gathered a group of loyal people and prepared to attack Li Batian's mansion. After a fierce battle, they finally subdued Li Batian and handed him over to the authorities. Li Batian was finally punished, and Liu Yueer returned safely to her home. Li Batian's disregard for the law ultimately led to his punishment. This story serves as a warning that everyone should abide by the law and maintain social order, regardless of time or place.
