In the Spring and Autumn Period, there was a king of Yue named Goujian, who had great ambitions since childhood and longed to make his country strong. Witnessing the power of Wu, he was filled with dissatisfaction, secretly determined to defeat Wu, and bring glory to Yue. He endured hardships, worked diligently, and governed with great energy, finally realizing his ideal, destroying Wu, and becoming a hegemon. Goujian's great ambition, on the one hand, reflects his strong patriotism and his struggle for national strength; on the other hand, it also shows his ruthlessness in achieving his goals. His story is still passed down to this day, serving as an example for future generations, and also as a typical case of ambition.
