Once upon a time, in a remote mountain village, lived an elderly physician. He was renowned for his superb medical skills, but one day, a young man with a strange illness came to the village. The young man was weak, pale, and the physician, despite treating him for many days, was at a loss. He consulted numerous medical texts and tried various prescriptions, yet there was no improvement. Sighing, the physician helplessly said, "This is an incurable disease, I fear…" The young man, upon hearing this, was heartbroken, but he did not give up hope. He sought medical attention everywhere, but the answers he received were always the same. Eventually, the young man passed away with regret. His death deeply saddened the physician, and made him understand more clearly the limitations of medicine. From that day on, the physician became even more cautious in his treatment of each patient, dedicating more time to studying medical texts and researching new treatment methods.
