Origin Story
在战国时期，有一个叫孟子的读书人，他周游列国，想要寻找一个安身立命的地方。他曾在齐国、梁国等多个国家游说，希望得到重用，但都未能如愿。后来，孟子回到了自己的家乡，在僻静的乡野间继续著书立说，并教育弟子。他认为，一个人要想安身立命，就必须要有自己的理想和信念，并为之奋斗终生。
During the Warring States Period, there was a scholar named Mencius who traveled around the various states, hoping to find a place to settle down and establish himself. He traveled to Qi, Liang, and other countries, hoping to find a position of importance, but was unsuccessful. Later, Mencius returned to his hometown and continued writing and teaching students in a secluded countryside. He believed that in order to establish oneself in life, one must have one's own ideals and beliefs and strive for them throughout one's life.

“安身立命”常用作褒义，指一个人生活稳定，精神有所寄托，也指在一个地方安居乐业。
安身立命 is generally used in a positive sense, indicating that a person has a stable life and a sense of purpose, it can also mean that a person lives and works in a place and enjoys their life.
