Lao Zhang's greatest wish in life was to build a magnificent temple to honor the village god. To fulfill this wish, Lao Zhang worked day and night tirelessly, come wind, come rain, never ceasing. He rose early and went to bed late, toiled in the wood workshop, and searched the forest for high-quality wood. His weather-beaten face was always marked with determination and perseverance. Time passed, and Lao Zhang's temple gradually took shape. The elaborately carved beams and pillars, the detailed carvings, displayed Lao Zhang's superb craftsmanship.
