Origin Story
汉元帝时期，一次大规模的狩猎活动严重影响了当地百姓的生活，导致他们流离失所，民不聊生。御史大夫薛广德目睹了这一切，心中充满了悲悯。他向汉元帝上奏，详细描述了百姓的苦难，并请求皇帝停止狩猎，体恤民情。汉元帝听后深受感动，下令停止狩猎，并拨款赈灾，安抚流离失所的百姓。从此以后，汉元帝更加注重民生，避免了类似事件的再次发生，百姓们也过上了安居乐业的生活。
During the reign of Emperor Yuan of the Han Dynasty, a large-scale hunting expedition severely impacted the lives of local people, leading to displacement and hardship. Witnessing this, the Imperial Inspector Xue Guangde was deeply moved. He presented a memorial to Emperor Yuan, detailing the people's suffering and requesting an end to the hunting activities and empathy for the people's plight. Deeply touched, Emperor Yuan ordered an end to the hunting and allocated funds for relief efforts to help the displaced people. From then on, Emperor Yuan paid more attention to people's livelihoods, preventing similar incidents, and the people lived a peaceful and prosperous life.
