话说在古代某个小镇上，有个恶霸名叫李霸天，他仗着自己有点势力，便目无法纪，横行霸道。他经常欺压百姓，强占民田，无恶不作，百姓敢怒不敢言。一天，李霸天看上了王员外的女儿，便上门逼婚，王员外无奈，只好答应。王员外女儿不甘心受辱，便跑到县衙告状。县令见李霸天如此嚣张跋扈，便下令将其抓捕归案，将他绳之以法。从此以后，小镇恢复了平静，百姓们也过上了安居乐业的生活。
Once upon a time, in an ancient town, there lived a bully named Li Batian. He used his power to defy the law and act recklessly. He often oppressed the people, seized their land, and committed many evil deeds. The people dared not speak out. One day, Li Batian took a fancy to the daughter of a wealthy man named Wang. He forced Wang to give his daughter to him in marriage. Wang's daughter refused and went to the magistrate's office to report him. The magistrate, seeing Li Batian's arrogance, ordered his arrest. The town was restored to peace, and the people lived happily ever after.
