老张是一位经验丰富的医生，但他最近却常常精神恍惚，工作中屡屡出现差错。起初，同事们都以为他是工作压力太大，劝他多休息。但老张却总觉得有什么事情让他心神不宁，挥之不去。一天深夜，老张独自一人在医院值班，突然，他想起自己忘记给女儿准备生日礼物了！女儿的生日就在明天，想到女儿失望的眼神，老张的心像被针扎了一样疼。他立即给妻子打电话，妻子却告诉他，女儿已经睡着了，明天早上再给她准备也不迟。听到妻子的安慰，老张的心终于平静下来，精神恍惚的状态也慢慢消失了。他认真完成剩下的工作，第二天一早，就给女儿准备了一份惊喜的生日礼物。
Old Zhang was an experienced doctor, but lately he had been absent-minded and making mistakes at work. Initially, his colleagues thought he was under too much stress and advised him to rest more.
