Origin Story
Once upon a time, there was a farmer named Li Laoshi who lived in a village. He always boasted to his fellow villagers about how diligent and kind he was, and how willing he was to help others. But in reality, he was often lazy and ignored his neighbors' requests. One day, the village needed to repair the road, and Li Laoshi was the first to come forward, saying he would do his best to help, and he spoke in glowing terms. However, when it came time to repair the road, he hid at home and simply slept, without showing up. The villagers were very disappointed and angry, and reprimanded him for his dishonesty and hypocrisy. From that day on, no one believed Li Laoshi's words anymore.
