锱铢是古代的重量单位，都很小。这个成语形容非常小气，很少的钱也一定要计较。也比喻气量狭小，很小的事也要计较。

Origin Story
从前，有两个商人，一个叫张三，一个叫李四。他们一起做生意，赚了不少钱。可是，到了分钱的时候，他们却为了一些琐碎的小钱，争执不休。张三说李四少给了他几文钱，李四则反驳说张三多拿了他的钱。两人为了一点钱，互相指责，谁也不肯让步。最后，他们甚至大打出手，闹得不可开交。旁人都劝他们不要再计较了，可他们依然是锱铢必较，谁也不肯吃亏。最终，他们的友谊也因为这件事而破裂了。
Once upon a time, there were two merchants, one named Zhang San and the other Li Si. They did business together and made a lot of money. However, when it came time to divide the money, they argued incessantly over some trivial amounts of money. Zhang San said that Li Si gave him a few cents less, while Li Si retorted that Zhang San took his money. The two blamed each other for a little money, and neither was willing to give in. Finally, they even fought, making a big fuss. Others advised them not to care about it anymore, but they were still haggling over every penny, neither of them willing to lose. In the end, their friendship also broke because of this incident.
