Legend has it that Guan Yu, a general of the Shu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms period, was a master of martial arts and his strength terrified all of China. Once, Guan Yu led his army to attack the Wei Kingdom, only to be met by the resistance of Zhang Liao, a general of the Wei army. Zhang Liao was also a brave warrior, leading an army of tens of thousands of soldiers to surround Guan Yu's army. Guan Yu was not afraid and, wielding his Green Dragon Crescent Blade, charged into the enemy ranks, killing the Wei army and sending them into disarray. Seeing that Guan Yu was unstoppable, Zhang Liao led his personal guard to retreat. Guan Yu roared and, with a swing of his sword, cut down Zhang Liao's personal guard. Seeing this, Zhang Liao was terrified and immediately fled on horseback.
