Long ago, in a remote mountain village, lived a kind-hearted old man and a greedy, cunning landlord. The landlord, relying on his money and power, oppressed the villagers and acted tyrannically. The villagers were angry but dared not speak out. The old man watched with concern and repeatedly admonished the landlord, but the landlord turned a deaf ear and continued to do evil. One day, the landlord coveted the villagers' land and plotted to seize the old man's land. After learning of this, the old man did not resist, only sighing silently.
