Zhang not only guided Li Bai in his studies but also taught him self-defense skills, protecting him from trouble and danger on his journey. They shared beautiful scenery, delicious food along the way, and various challenges of life. Li Bai finally passed the imperial examinations with flying colors, becoming a top scholar. However, he never forgot Zhang's kindness, often reminiscing about the days they spent together, the constant companionship that left an indelible mark on his life.
