During the Tang Dynasty, a poet named Li Bai traveled to Sichuan. He climbed a towering mountain and overlooked the vast landscape below, but unexpectedly discovered a desolate scene at the foot of the mountain. The once prosperous village had become a ruin, with collapsed houses and barren fields. This shocking sight left Li Bai deeply disturbed. He lamented the changes of the world and felt sorry for the people who had once lived on this land.
