Origin Story
汉高祖刘邦在楚汉战争中战胜项羽后，为了稳定天下，便开始论功行赏。一时间，众大臣们纷纷争功，都想获得最高的赏赐。刘邦深知人心难测，于是决定让大臣们互相推荐，而不是自己决定。大臣们你推我让，最终推举了萧何为首功，曹参为次功，然后才依照军功的大小，依次进行封赏。从此以后，论功行赏成为历代王朝的重要制度，以激励将士，维护社会秩序。
After Han Gaozu Liu Bang defeated Xiang Yu in the Chu-Han War, he began to reward merits in order to stabilize the country. For a time, many ministers competed for merits and wanted to receive the highest rewards. Liu Bang knew that the hearts of the people were hard to guess, so he decided to let the ministers recommend each other instead of deciding himself. The ministers pushed and yielded to each other, and finally recommended Xiao He as the first merit, and Cao Can as the second merit, before rewarding according to the size of the military merits. Since then, rewarding merits has become an important system in successive dynasties to encourage soldiers and maintain social order.
Usage
用于对有功人员进行奖赏的场合。
