During the heyday of the Tang Dynasty, the city of Chang'an was filled with prosperity. Inside the Daming Palace, palace buildings and pagodas lined up, with towering gables and curved eaves, finely carved beams and decorated pillars - a sight of gold and brilliance. On the palace walls were beautiful murals depicting prosperous times and myths. The sun shone on them, gilding everything with a magnificent aura. Inside the palace was a sea of precious treasures and silks. The court ladies were dressed in magnificent clothes and moved gracefully. The whole palace radiated a dazzling brilliance.
