Origin Story
During the Western Jin Dynasty, Shi Chong and Wang Kai were both extremely wealthy and often showed off to each other. Once, Wang Kai obtained a coral and proudly showed it to Shi Chong. However, Shi Chong was not outdone and selected several even more dazzling corals from among his many, leaving Wang Kai speechless. These corals were so vividly red and shone so brightly in the sunlight that they were almost hypnotic. Shi Chong's actions not only resulted in Wang Kai losing this contest of wealth but also made him realize Shi Chong's immense financial power and refined taste. From then on, Wang Kai no longer dared to compete with Shi Chong.
