大概一年多了，现在主要练习楷书。

dàgài yī nián duō le, xiànzài zhǔyào liànxí kāishū.

For a little over a year, I'm mainly practicing Kaishu now.

一年多就能练习楷书，进步很快嘛！你平时练习的频率怎么样？

yī nián duō jiù néng liànxí kāishū, jìnbù hěn kuài ma！nǐ píngshí liànxí de pínlǜ zěnmeyàng？

You're making good progress, practicing Kaishu after just over a year! How often do you practice?

我一般一周练习三次左右，每次大概一到两个小时。

wǒ yībān yī zhōu liànxí sān cì zuǒyòu, měi cì dàgài yī dào liǎng gè xiǎoshí.

I usually practice about three times a week, for about one to two hours each time.

坚持得很好！我练习书法很多年了，经验和技巧比你多些，有什么问题可以问我。

欧体对笔力要求比较高，需要多练习，循序渐进。建议你多临摹一些欧体字帖，并且注重笔画的起笔、收笔和转折，要放松心情，自然而然地书写。

Ōutǐ duì bǐlì yāoqiú bǐjiào gāo, xūyào duō liànxí, xúnxù jìnjìn. jiànyì nǐ duō línmó yīxiē Ōutǐ zìtiě, bìngqiě zhùzhòng bǐhuà de qǐbǐ、shōubǐ hé zhuǎnzhé, yào fàngsōng xīnqíng, zìrán'éryán de shūxiě.

Ou style calligraphy has high demands on the control of force. You need more practice and take it step by step. I suggest you practice more Ou style copybooks and pay attention to the beginning, ending and transitions of strokes. Relax and write naturally.
