主要是因为我发现自己对教育行业更有热情，也更希望能够帮助到学生。IT行业虽然待遇不错，但总感觉少了点什么。

Mainly because I found that I have more passion for the education industry, and I want to help students more. Although the IT industry has a good salary, I always feel something is missing.

The biggest challenge is that I need to learn many new knowledge and skills, and the education industry is relatively slow-paced and requires more patience.
