我会尽量待在空调房里，出门就穿轻便透气的衣服，避免长时间暴晒。

wǒ huì jǐn liàng dài zài kōng tiáo fáng lǐ，chū mén jiù chuān qīng biàn tòu qì de yī fu，bì miǎn cháng shí jiān bào shài。

I try to stay in air-conditioned rooms as much as possible, wear light and breathable clothing when going out, and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
