Origin Story

In a small mountain village, there lived an elderly couple. The grandfather was a carpenter in his youth, skillful and clever, and everything he made was exquisite. The grandmother was a diligent farmer, and the fields were managed in an orderly fashion. Their small courtyard, though not large, was clean and tidy. The courtyard was planted with various flowers and plants, blooming in a variety of colors and fragrant. The inside and outside of the house was simply furnished but spotless. The villagers all envied them, saying that they were a model couple. One day, the village head and several villagers came to visit them, seeing everything in their home so neatly arranged, they admired it greatly. The grandfather smiled and said, "This is all the result of my wife's diligence. She always keeps everything well-organized, and as an old carpenter, I can only try to make things as delicate as possible to match the arrangement of her house." The grandmother also smiled and said, "Actually, life is like this courtyard. As long as we take care to arrange it, it will become beautiful and orderly."
