商朝时期,国都屡遭水患,商王盘庚决定迁都到殷。一些大臣担心迁都引起社会动荡,盘庚说只要大家听从命令,迁都就能有条不紊,最终成功迁都殷,百姓安居乐业。
During the Shang Dynasty, the capital was repeatedly plagued by floods. King Pan Geng decided to move the capital to Yin. Some ministers feared that the move would cause social unrest. Pan Geng said that as long as everyone followed his orders, the relocation could be carried out in an orderly manner. In the end, the capital was successfully moved to Yin, and the people lived in peace and prosperity.
