Usage

无所作为,指没有做出任何成绩,形容没有积极进取、没有做出任何努力的人。

wú suǒ zuò wéi, zhǐ méi yǒu zuò chū rè hé chéng jì, xíng róng méi yǒu jī jí jìn qǔ, méi yǒu zuò chū rè hé nǔ lì de rén.

"无所作为" means not making any achievements, it describes someone who does not take initiative and makes no efforts.
