Origin Story

汉朝时期,淮南王刘安炼丹求仙,最终得道升天。传说,他炼丹剩下的药渣被鸡和狗吃了,也跟着一起升天了。这个故事后来演变成成语“鸡犬升天”,用来比喻一个人发达了,和他有关系的人都跟着沾光,也跟着发达起来。刘安,本名刘长,是汉高祖刘邦的孙子,被封为淮南王,统治着淮南地区。他是一位博学的王子,对道教和炼丹术非常感兴趣,希望通过炼丹来获得长生不老。他广纳贤士,在广陵建立了著名的“淮南书院”,聚集了众多学者,共同研究各种学问。传说,他曾经在八公山修炼,最终得道升天。虽然这段历史有争议,但“鸡犬升天”的故事却流传至今,成为一个家喻户晓的成语。
