最近工作怎么样？感觉压力大不大？

How's work been lately? Feeling stressed?

小李

还好，就是最近项目比较赶，加班比较多。不过，我最近学习了一些新的项目管理方法，感觉效率提高了不少。

Hái hǎo，jiùshì zuìjìn xiàngmù bǐjiào gǎn，jiā bān bǐjiào duō．Bùguò，wǒ zuìjìn xuéxí le yīxiē xīn de xiàngmù guǎnlǐ fāngfǎ，gǎnjué xiàolǜ tígāo le bùshǎo．

It's okay, but the projects are pretty tight recently, and I've been working a lot of overtime. However, I've learned some new project management methods lately, and I feel like my efficiency has improved a lot.

我学习了看板方法，把任务可视化，方便团队协作和进度跟踪。之前我们经常因为信息不对称导致效率低下，现在好多了。

Wǒ xuéxí le kǎnbǎn fāngfǎ，bǎ rènwù kěshìhuà，fāngbiàn tuánduì xiézuò hé jìndù gēnzōng．Zhīqián wǒmen chángcháng yīnwèi xìnxī bùduìchèn dǎozhì xiàolǜ dīxià，xiànzài hǎo duō le．

I learned the Kanban method, which visualizes tasks, making it easier for team collaboration and progress tracking. Before, we often had inefficiencies due to information asymmetry, but now it's much better.

Tīng qǐlái bùcuò，nǐ yǒu shénme jīngyàn kěyǐ fēnxiǎng de ma？

我觉得最重要的是团队沟通和明确责任，还有就是利用工具提升效率。

Wǒ juéde zuì zhòngyào de shì tuánduì gōutōng hé míngquè zérèn，hái jiùshì lìyòng gōngjù tígāo xiàolǜ．

I think the most important things are team communication and clear responsibilities, and also using tools to improve efficiency.
