Origin Story
话说唐朝时期,有一位才华横溢的书生,名叫李白。他从小就勤奋好学,博览群书,尤其对诗歌有着独特的见解和天赋。一日,李白与友人泛舟西湖,湖光山色,美不胜收。李白兴致勃勃,提笔作诗,诗成之后,朋友们纷纷赞扬,李白也甚为得意。然而,就在这时,李白突然想起自己之前在朋友家做客时,曾许诺要为朋友写一首诗,如今却忘记了。李白懊恼不已,自责道:“一念之误,竟致失信于友,真是悔之晚矣!”他意识到自己因一时疏忽,辜负了朋友的期待,心中充满了愧疚。此事之后,李白更加注重言行一致,并以此为戒,提醒自己做事要谨慎,不可因一念之误而影响自己的名誉和信誉。
It is said that during the Tang Dynasty, there was a talented scholar named Li Bai. Since childhood, he was diligent and studious, reading extensively, especially in poetry, he had unique insights and talent. One day, Li Bai and his friends were boating on the West Lake, the scenery of the lake was beautiful. Li Bai was in high spirits, he picked up his pen to write a poem. After he finished it, friends praised him, Li Bai was very proud too. However, at that time, Li Bai suddenly remembered that when he was a guest at his friend's house, he had promised to write a poem for his friend, but now he had forgotten it. Li Bai was very annoyed, and blamed himself: “A single wrong thought led me to break my promise to my friend, and I regret it too late!” He realized that because of his negligence, he had disappointed his friend's expectations, and his heart was full of guilt. After that incident, Li Bai paid more attention to keeping his words and deeds consistent, and he took this as a warning, reminding himself to be cautious in everything, so that a single wrong thought would not affect his reputation and credit.
