话说清朝时期，有一个名叫多官儿的厨子，因为他的懦弱无能，大家都叫他“多浑虫”。他性格软弱，办事拖沓，做菜也没有什么特色。一次，贾府办宴席，多官儿负责准备一道重要的菜肴。然而，他却因为害怕做不好而迟迟不敢动手，眼看着时间越来越紧迫，他慌乱不已，最后菜肴准备得很差，宴席也因此受到了影响。贾母大怒，多官儿被狠狠批评了一顿，从此再也不敢在厨房里担当重要任务了。后来，他被调去打扫卫生，也算是发挥了他的才能，但他依旧懦弱无能，做事情还是依赖别人，最终在贾府里默默无闻地度过了余生。这个故事告诉我们，懦弱无能的人是难以承担大任的，只有勇敢自信，才能在人生道路上有所成就。

Granny Jia was furious and scolded Duo Guan'er severely. From then on, he never dared to take on important tasks in the kitchen again. Later, he was assigned to cleaning duties, a role that matched his abilities, but he remained weak and incompetent, relying on others for his work and ultimately spending the rest of his days in obscurity at the Jia estate. This story teaches us that weak and incompetent people cannot shoulder great responsibilities; only courage and self-confidence lead to success in life.
