During the Tang Dynasty, the famous poet Li Bai, known for his extraordinary talent, enjoyed the emperor's favor. However, fierce political struggles raged in the court. Some ministers, envious of Li Bai's talent and grace, secretly spread rumors that he was associating with criminals and plotting against the emperor. Rumors and slander flew everywhere, severely damaging Li Bai's reputation. Some even urged the emperor to severely punish Li Bai. This incident quickly caused a huge uproar in the court, with many ministers taking sides for or against Li Bai. The emperor, faced with the fierce debate among his ministers, was in a difficult position. While aware of Li Bai's talent, he could not ignore the ministers' opinions. Eventually, the emperor decided to conduct an investigation to determine the truth. The investigation revealed that the rumors were deliberately spread by malicious individuals. The emperor finally cleared Li Bai's name and reinstated him. Although the matter was eventually resolved, it caused considerable turmoil in the Tang Dynasty court.
