Origin Story

Once upon a time, during the Tang Dynasty, there was a poet named Li Bai. He was a brilliant poet, but he was a bit careless in his dealings with people. Once, Li Bai was invited to a banquet hosted by a high-ranking official. Before the banquet began, Li Bai carefully dressed himself. He not only put on his most luxurious clothes but also wore his best jade pendant. He thought to himself that he must satisfy this high official. At the banquet, Li Bai was indeed very appreciated by the official. However, after the banquet ended, Li Bai forgot to take his sword. Later, the official gave him many gifts, and Li Bai put all the gifts into his own cloth bag. Only then did he remember that he had lost his sword. When he went back to look for it, it had already been taken by someone. Though Li Bai regretted it a little, he didn't blame anyone. Li Bai's comprehensive approach to handling the situation reflects his consideration in interpersonal relationships, taking into account all aspects, yet seeming a bit careless in losing his sword.
