丢三落四

话说薛蟠因湘莲救他性命，两人结拜为兄弟。贾琏想把尤三姐许配给柳湘莲，但柳湘莲听说尤三姐与贾珍有染，便退婚。尤三姐悲愤而死，湘莲也因此遁入空门。薛蟠派人寻找柳湘莲，却始终没有音讯。薛姨妈着急地说：‘派出去的人，一定要办妥此事，不要丢三落四的，让人笑话。’可见薛姨妈也是个谨慎的人，她知道做事要认真，不能丢三落四。薛蟠为人鲁莽，不细心，所以才会常常丢三落四。

huà shuō xuē pán yīn xiāng lián jiù tā xìngmìng, liǎng rén jié bài wèi xiōngdì。jiǎ liǎn xiǎng bǎ yóu sān jiě xǔ pèi gěi liǔ xiāng lián, dàn liǔ xiāng lián tīng shuō yóu sān jiě yǔ jiǎ zhēn yǒu rǎn, biàn tuì hūn。yóu sān jiě bēi fèn ér sǐ, xiāng lián yě yīncǐ dùn rù kōng mén。xuē pán pài rén xún zhǎo liǔ xiāng lián, què shǐzhōng méiyǒu yīnxùn。xuē yímā zhāojí de shuō：‘pài chū qù de rén, yīdìng yào bàn tuǒ cǐ shì, bù yào diū sān là sì de, ràng rén xiàohua。’ kějiàn xuē yímā yě shì gè jǐn shèn de rén, tā zhīdào zuòshì yào rènzhēn, bù néng diū sān là sì。xuē pán wéirén lǔmǎng, bù xìxīn, suǒyǐ cái huì chángcháng diū sān là sì。

It can be seen that Xue Yima is a cautious person, she knows that you must be careful and not forget anything. Xue Pan was reckless and careless, which is why he often forgot things.
