In a small mountain village, there lived a farmer named Li Shi. He worked diligently, rising with the sun and setting with it. He never aspired to greatness, only wishing for a peaceful life, his days as mundane as those of any other commoner in the village. One day, a traveling Taoist came to the village. Seeing Li Shi's kind heart, he taught him some methods of cultivating immortality. Li Shi was initially skeptical, but after much persuasion from the Taoist, he reluctantly agreed to try. After a period of training, Li Shi discovered he possessed extraordinary abilities. He could easily lift boulders and teleport great distances. This both thrilled and frightened him; he knew he was no longer an ordinary person. He decided to leave his home to seek his destiny. On his journey, he endured many hardships but also made many like-minded friends. Ultimately, he became a revered immortal, never forgetting his humble beginnings as a common man.
