In a prosperous country, there was a wise king who knew that good governance lay in the proper allocation of talent. So he sought out capable people and formed an elite team to govern the country. This team consisted of several departments: the Ministry of Agriculture was responsible for food production, the Ministry of Defense was responsible for military affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was responsible for relations with other countries, the Ministry of Justice was responsible for upholding the law, and so on. The king ordered that each department perform its duties diligently, and refrain from interfering in other departments’ affairs. The departments should cooperate with each other and contribute to the prosperity of the country together. Under the king’s wise leadership, and with the efforts of all officials performing their duties, the country became increasingly prosperous, and its people lived in peace and harmony.
