Explanation
“妙手回春”比喻医术高超,能把病人从死亡边缘拉回来。它源于古代中国医学,传说神医扁鹊曾用针灸救活了虢太子,因此而得名。

战国时期,魏文侯生病了,病情十分危重,朝臣都认为魏文侯已经无救了。这时,一位名叫扁鹊的医生来到魏国,他自称能治好魏文侯的病。魏文侯的弟弟魏武侯不信,说:“如果真能治好,那可真是妙手回春了!”扁鹊说:“这算什么,如果我早来几天,只需要用针灸就能治好,现在已经发展到需要吃药才能治好,再过几天,就只能用手术了。等到病入膏肓,就无药可救了。”魏文侯听完扁鹊的话,终于相信了,接受了扁鹊的治疗,很快便恢复了健康。
