Once upon a time, in a small mountain village, there lived a young man named Ah Qiang. Ah Qiang was kind and helpful, but he had no particular talents. He tried all sorts of jobs, such as farming, weaving, and blacksmithing, but he failed because he lacked the skills. The villagers said he was good for nothing. Ah Qiang was very distressed, and he didn't know what he should do. One day, an old wise man came to the village, and Ah Qiang told him his troubles. The wise man didn't give him a direct answer, but took him to an orchard. The wise man pointed to the various fruit trees and said: "Look at these fruit trees. They each have their own characteristics, some fruits are sweet, some are sour, some are big, some are small. But they all add color to this orchard, and they all provide people with a variety of fruits. What about you? You also have your own strengths, you just haven't discovered them yet." Ah Qiang listened to the wise man's guidance and began to think seriously about his strengths. He found that he was good at communicating with people and listening to their ideas. He began to use his strengths to help the villagers solve problems, and gradually, he gained the respect and love of the villagers.
