Origin Story
春秋时期,秦穆公任命孙阳为相马官,孙阳,人称伯乐,他精通相马,相马技术高超,能够从外表看出千里马的潜质。伯乐走遍各地,为秦穆公挑选了许多千里马,使秦国的马匹资源十分丰富。其中有一次,伯乐发现了一匹瘦弱的马,这匹马病得很严重,看起来毫无价值,但伯乐却一眼看出它是千里马,只是因为生病而暂时失去往日的神采,他向秦穆公请求将这匹马买下来,进行精心调理。三个月后,这匹马恢复了健康,果然是一匹千里马,为秦国立下了汗马功劳。伯乐相马的故事,千百年来广为流传,成为了发现和推荐人才的典范。
During the Spring and Autumn Period, Qin Mugong appointed Sun Yang as the official in charge of selecting horses. Sun Yang, known as Bole, was an expert in horse selection, possessing superb skills in identifying the potential of outstanding horses. Bole traveled throughout the land, selecting many exceptional steeds for Qin Mugong, greatly enriching Qin's equestrian resources. On one occasion, Bole discovered a weak and sickly horse, appearing utterly worthless. Yet, Bole instantly recognized it as an exceptional horse, its former glory temporarily obscured by illness. He petitioned Qin Mugong to purchase the horse and provide meticulous care. Three months later, the horse recovered its health, proving indeed to be an exceptional steed, rendering significant service to the State of Qin. The tale of Bole selecting horses has been widely circulated for millennia, serving as a paragon for the discovery and promotion of talent.
