Origin Story

Li Bai, a Tang dynasty poet, spent his life wandering the world, traveling through famous mountains and rivers, leaving behind countless immortal poems. He once wrote the famous line "The road to Shu is difficult, more difficult than ascending to heaven", depicting the dangerous scenery of the road to Shu, and also expressing his longing for his hometown. Once, he set off from Yangzhou and prepared to go to Chang'an. Passing through the Yellow Crane Tower in Hubei, he climbed to the top of the tower and looked far into the distance. He saw the vast Yangtze River flowing endlessly, feeling mixed emotions in his heart. He remembered that he had lost his parents when he was young and, in a life of constant wandering, traveled all over the country, seeking his ideals and ambitions. Now, traveling again, he was heading to the distant Chang'an, not knowing when he would be able to return home and reunite with his family and friends. He was infinitely sad and could not help but recite a poem: The solitary sail disappears far into the blue sky, only the Yangtze River flows to the horizon. Where is my hometown? At the ends of the earth, when will I be able to return?
