话说三国时期，蜀汉名将赵云，在长坂坡之战中，为了保护幼主刘禅，他手持长枪，奋勇当先，七进七出，杀得曹军人仰马翻，最终成功突围，保全了刘禅的性命，谱写了一曲忠勇无双的英雄赞歌。赵云的奋勇当先，不仅体现了他高超的武艺，更彰显了他忠君爱国的崇高品德，千百年来一直被人们传颂。后来，人们便用"奋勇当先"来形容那些勇敢地冲在最前面，不怕牺牲的人。
