Once, he and his friends were boating on the lake when they suddenly encountered a violent storm. The wind and rain were raging, the waves were turbulent, and everyone on the boat was frightened and panicked, but Li Bai remained calm, sitting at the bow, reciting poems while admiring the magnificent scenery. After the storm, the lake surface returned to calm, and Li Bai remained calm, as if nothing had happened. His calm and peaceful state of mind was admirable.
