Origin Story

话说唐朝时期，有一个名叫李白的诗人，他一生豪放不羁，但是内心却始终保持着一种淡泊宁静的心态。有一次，他与朋友们一起泛舟湖上，突然遭遇了一场暴风雨。狂风骤雨，波涛汹涌，同船的人都吓得惊慌失措，只有李白安之若素，坐在船头，一边吟诵着诗词，一边欣赏着这难得一见的壮丽景色。风雨过后，湖面恢复了平静，李白依然安之若素，仿佛刚才的一切都没有发生过。他的这种淡泊宁静的心态，令人钦佩不已。

It is said that during the Tang Dynasty, there was a poet named Li Bai, who was unrestrained throughout his life, but his heart always maintained a tranquil and calm state of mind. Once, he and his friends were boating on the lake when they suddenly encountered a violent storm. The wind and rain were raging, the waves were turbulent, and everyone on the boat was frightened and panicked, but Li Bai remained calm, sitting at the bow, reciting poems while admiring the magnificent scenery. After the storm, the lake surface returned to calm, and Li Bai remained calm, as if nothing had happened. His calm and peaceful state of mind was admirable.

通常用来形容一个人在面临困境或压力时，能够保持冷静和镇定，不为外界的变化所动摇。

tōng cháng yòng lái xiáoróng yīgè rén zài miàn lín kùnjìng huò yālì shí, nénggòu bǎochí lěngjìng hé zhèndìng, bù wèi wài jiè de biànhuà suǒ dòng yáo。
