During the Tang Dynasty, there was a beautiful woman named Cuihua. She was lively and outgoing by nature and often appeared in public in the marketplace. One day, Cuihua met a handsome scholar in the marketplace, and they fell in love at first sight and got married. After marriage, Cuihua still liked to appear in public and participated in various social activities with her husband. However, her behavior was opposed by her in-laws. Her parents-in-law believed that women should stay at home to support their husbands and raise children and should not appear in public. Because of this, Cuihua and her parents-in-law had many arguments. Finally, she decided to leave her husband's family and live alone, relying on her own abilities to establish herself in society. She opened an embroidery workshop, her business prospered, and her reputation spread far and wide, eventually achieving success and respect. Her story became a legend of independent women of that era.
