Origin Story

In the Tang Dynasty, there was a famous poet named Li Bai, who dedicated his life to traveling and appreciating landscapes. One day, he heard of the breathtaking beauty of the Huangshan Mountains in Anhui province and decided to visit. He mounted his beloved steed and rode from dawn till dusk without a single stop. The path was steep and winding, yet he rode relentlessly to witness the magnificence of Huangshan as soon as possible. Even amidst a heavy downpour, he only rested briefly before continuing his journey. His longing for Huangshan drove him onward. Finally, after a day and night of arduous travel, he arrived at the foot of Huangshan. The scenery before him was breathtaking: majestic peaks, endless mountain ranges, and mist swirling among them. He lingered there long, penning numerous poems that celebrated Huangshan's beauty and his own unyielding will. Since then, the expression "Ma bu ting ti" (马不停蹄) has been used to describe tireless diligence and perseverance.
