Don't panic, first let's see if anyone is injured.
你先报警，我拍下照片和视频作为证据。
Nǐ xiān bào jǐng，wǒ pāi xia zhàopiàn hé shìpín zuòwéi zhèngjù。
You call the police, I'll take photos and videos as evidence.
然后我们联系保险公司。
Ránhòu wǒmen liánxì bǎoxiǎn gōngsī。
Then we contact the insurance company.

Okay. The police are here, how should I talk to them?

实话实说，按照警察的要求做笔录。记住车牌号、地点、时间等等细节。
Shíhuà shíshuō，àn zhào jǐngchá de yāoqiú zuò bǐlù。Jì zhù chē pái hào，dìdiǎn，shíjiān děng děng xìjié。
Tell the truth, and follow the police's instructions when giving your statement. Remember the license plate number, location, time and other details.
