Zhè jǐ tiān rè de zhēn shì gòu qiàng，gǎnjué xiàng zài zhēnglóng lǐ yīyàng。
It's been awfully hot these days, I feel like I'm in a steamer.
B
可不是嘛，这酷暑的天气，让人都没什么食欲。
Kě bù shì ma，zhè kùshǔ de tiānqì，ràng rén dōu méi shénme yùqí。
It really is. This scorching heat takes away your appetite.
C
是啊，我每天都只想喝冰水。
Shì a，wǒ měitiān dōu zhǐ xiǎng hē bīngshuǐ。
Yeah, I just want to drink ice water every day.
D
我听说今年的夏天比往年都要热。
Wǒ tīng shuō jīnnián de xiàtiān bǐ wǎngnián dōu yào rè。
I heard this summer is hotter than usual.

我昨天还看到新闻说，好多地方都发布了高温预警。
Wǒ zuótiān hái kàn dào xīnwén shuō，hǎo duō dìfang dōu fābù le gāowēn yùjǐng。
Yesterday I saw news that many places have issued high-temperature warnings.

我们应该多喝水，注意防暑。
Wǒmen yīnggāi duō hē shuǐ，zhùyì fángshǔ。
We should drink plenty of water and take precautions against heatstroke.

对，还要尽量避免在太阳底下暴晒。

Nǐ liǎnsè bù tài hǎo，yào bù yào qù yīyuàn kàn kan？
You don't look good, should we go to the hospital?
A
不用，喝点儿凉水就好了。
Bù yòng，hē diǎnr liángshuǐ jiù hǎo le。
No, drinking some cool water will be fine.
B
你得注意防暑啊，别逞强。
Nǐ děi zhùyì fángshǔ a，bié chěng qiáng。
You have to pay attention to heatstroke prevention, don't be too stubborn.
