「一团和气」指态度和蔼可亲，表面上看起来关系很好，但有时也指互相之间只讲和气，不讲原则，缺乏批评和自我批评，不利于问题的解决。

在一个热闹非凡的集市上，有一位卖糖葫芦的老爷爷。他总是笑眯眯的，热情地招呼着每一个顾客。老爷爷的糖葫芦又香又甜，生意也十分红火。可是，有一天，老爷爷的糖葫芦却怎么也卖不出去。原来，老爷爷的糖葫芦太便宜了，其他商贩为了抢生意，就故意把糖葫芦的价格降得很低，甚至比老爷爷的糖葫芦还便宜。老爷爷看着其他商贩的糖葫芦被抢购一空，而自己的糖葫芦却无人问津，心里十分着急。这时，老爷爷的孙子跑过来，他看到爷爷愁眉苦脸的样子，就问：“爷爷，您为什么不也把糖葫芦的价格降下来呢？”老爷爷叹了一口气，说：“我不能降价。如果我降价了，其他商贩就会更便宜地卖糖葫芦，这样一来，我们都赚不到钱。而且，如果大家都不讲价格，只想着降低成本，最后谁也赚不到钱。”孙子听完爷爷的话，点了点头，说：“我知道了，您是要和大家「一团和气」。”
