Origin Story

Táng cháo shí qī, yǒu gè míng jiào Lǐ Bái de shī rén, tā de shī gē cái huá héng yì, bèi yù wéi "shī xiān"。tā de shī gē chōng mǎn le làng màn zhǔ yì sè cài, yì jìng shēn yuǎn, xiǎng xiàng lì fēng fù, wú rén néng jí。dāng shí, hěn duō dá guān guì rén qǐng tā xiě shī, dàn Lǐ Bái què hěn shǎo dā yìng, yīn wèi tā rèn wéi zì jǐ de shī gē shì bù kě duō dé de, bù yīng gāi suí yì zèng yǔ。yǒu yī cì, Táng Xuán Zōng huáng dì zhào jiàn Lǐ Bái, yào tā xiě yī shǒu shī gē。Lǐ Bái wèi le biǎo dá zì jǐ duì huáng dì de jìng zhòng, biàn xiě le yī shǒu 《Qīng Píng Diào》, zhè shǒu shī gē hòu lái chéng wéi le qiān gǔ míng piān.

During the Tang dynasty, there was a poet named Li Bai, whose poetic talent was extraordinary and earned him the title "Poet Immortal." His poems were filled with romanticism, profound, imaginative, and unmatched. At that time, many high-ranking officials asked him to write poems, but Li Bai rarely agreed, because he believed that his poems were invaluable and should not be given away casually. Once, Emperor Xuanzong of Tang summoned Li Bai and asked him to write a poem. To express his respect for the emperor, Li Bai wrote a poem called "Qingpingtiao." This poem later became a classic of Chinese poetry.
