The five internal organs are a general term used in traditional Chinese medicine to describe the internal organs of the human body, referring to the spleen, lungs, kidneys, liver, and heart (five internal organs) and the stomach, large intestine, small intestine, triple energizer, bladder, and gallbladder (six internal organs). Together, they constitute an important physiological system of the human body, maintaining human life activities. In daily life, we also use the term "five internal organs" to refer to the internal situation of things or the inner world of a person.

He felt dizzy, his vision was blurred, and he had abdominal pain. He thought that his five internal organs must have a problem. So, he quickly went to see a doctor. The doctor carefully inquired about his condition and carefully examined his five internal organs. Finally, the doctor diagnosed that Xiaoming's irregular diet had led to weakness of the spleen and stomach, which caused these symptoms.
