Origin Story
战国时期,楚国准备攻打蔡国,陈国派使臣前来报告,说陈国先君去世,公子留继位。陈国公子胜和太子偃师的儿子公孙吴又来报告,说公子过和司徒招密谋杀害太子偃师,拥立公子留。楚灵王立即派兵讨伐公子过,司徒招杀了公子过,并将陈国献给了楚国,以求得荣华富贵。最终,司徒招被流放东海,为自己的卖国求荣付出了代价。这个故事告诉我们,卖国求荣是可耻的行为,最终必将受到惩罚。
During the Warring States period, the State of Chu was preparing to attack the State of Cai. A messenger from the State of Chen came to report that the former ruler of Chen had died and Prince Liu had succeeded him. Prince Sheng of Chen and Gongsun Wu, the son of Crown Prince Yanshi, then reported that Prince Guo and Sima Zhao had secretly plotted to assassinate Crown Prince Yanshi and enthrone Prince Liu. King Ling of Chu immediately sent troops to attack Prince Guo. Sima Zhao killed Prince Guo and presented the State of Chen to the State of Chu to seek wealth and glory. In the end, Sima Zhao was exiled to the East Sea, paying the price for his treachery. This story tells us that treachery is a shameful act that will ultimately be punished.
