从前，有个叫小明的书生，为了科举考试，日夜苦读。他废寝忘食，埋首书卷，最终导致精神过度紧张，常常陷入昏昏噩噩的状态。一日，他拿着书卷在花园里散步，却不小心跌入池塘。他挣扎着爬起来，衣衫尽湿，头发凌乱，却依然茫然不知所措，浑浑噩噩地继续看书，直到有人发现他，把他从这昏昏噩噩的状态中拉了出来。从此以后，小明知道劳逸结合的重要性，再也不熬夜苦读了，他的生活也变得规律而充实。
Once upon a time, there was a scholar named Xiaoming who studied day and night for the imperial examinations. He neglected sleep and food, burying himself in his books, which eventually led to extreme nervous tension and often left him in a daze. One day, he was walking in the garden with his books when he accidentally fell into a pond. He struggled to get up, his clothes soaked, his hair disheveled, yet he remained bewildered and disoriented, continuing to read his books in a daze until someone found him and pulled him out of his stupor. From then on, Xiaoming understood the importance of work-life balance and never stayed up late studying again, and his life became orderly and fulfilling.
