Origin Story
During the Warring States period in China, there was a famous prime minister named Meng Changjun. He had many talented people working for him. Once, Meng Changjun sent his retainer Feng Huan to Xue to collect debts. Feng Huan arrived in Xue but didn’t collect the debts like others. Instead, he burned all the debt bonds in Xue. The people in Xue were very grateful for Meng Changjun’s kindness. When Feng Huan returned to Qi, Meng Changjun asked him about the debt collection. Feng Huan said: "A cunning rabbit has three burrows, only then can it save its life. Now you have only one burrow, which is not safe enough.". He implied that a cunning rabbit needs three hiding places to be safe. Now you only have one base, and it is not safe enough yet! Meng Changjun pondered this for a long time and began to plan for his future. Later, Meng Changjun did encounter danger several times, but he was able to overcome it all because he had various bases of support.
